If needed you can also snipe anyone running away with it. Use your Ultimate to nuke objectives like Zapdos, Drednaw or Rotom, and try to throw it out BEFORE the teamfight starts so you can get the movespeed. Flame Charge isn't terrible but it feels so bad to take in most games.

If you're Mid/Jungle, farm and make sure you gank with both buffs available (1m respawn), look to pressure the enemy and score goals where they are weak and constantly farm your jungle. Don't feel like you have to score just because you're capped on points, defend your point and keep farming for EXP! Avoid fights unless you're sure you'll win since you're weak early.
